We set up one workspace around your week.
You may run courts, classes, or both. The onboarding is the same.
We start from how your week runs and configure your locations and courts, your own names for things and the tools you use. It is the same Contakt Academy a club sets up for itself, configured for you.
The method
The steps, written down before anything starts.
Each club gets its own scope and its own dates. Both are written into the order.
A first working session
We go through your members, coaches, courts and locations, the records you hold today, the tools you need, and the training and support you want.
A written order
The scope, the exports we accept, what comes across, the dates and the price. Work starts once it is signed.
Setting up
One workspace with your name, logo and color, your locations and courts, your own names for things, and the tools you use switched on.
The agreed import
Your people, their households and their account access are brought across and checked. Your office goes through the result and approves it.
Training and a rehearsal
Your office learns the day in your own workspace, then rehearses it before the switch.
The switch
A planned switch on an agreed date, with a checklist you approve.
Settling in
We stay close once you are live and fix any fault in Academy we can reproduce. Your order says how long this period lasts.
Configured for you
Members see your club.
Your name, logo and color appear throughout the workspace, for your office, your coaches and every member.
Set up with you
Your courts are on the schedule.
Each location is set up with its courts before training starts. Your office rehearses on your own club.

- Classes, attendance, payment history and past schedules stay in the system you leave.
- A feature request is reviewed, and we decide what gets built.
- Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.
