Noah Cladera develops Academy from his coaching experience in The Hague and Amsterdam. Contakt is based in Diemen, the Netherlands.
The founder
Noah Cladera, founder and developer
Noah grew up in Mallorca. He coached across clubs in The Hague and Amsterdam, and taught children, adults and competitive players.
He studied computer science and artificial intelligence at VU Amsterdam, and he writes the software.
Academy grew from that coaching experience. Staff can schedule lessons, and coaches can open their assigned lessons on a phone.

How we work with you
Working with Contakt
Clubs and programs get the same product.
A club and a program each get a workspace in the same Contakt Academy. Yours carries your name, logo and color, and is set up around your lessons, people and places.
Managed gives you one named contact.
That person answers your questions each month and looks at your feature requests first. Contakt decides what gets built.
The terms are public.
The subscription terms and the data processing agreement are published. You can read them before you write to us.
You can export your data.
A parent asks what your organization holds on their child. The office exports it and hands it over.
Managed gives your organization a named Contakt contact for monthly product help.

Privacy and access to records

It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts, the scripts and the product screens all load from this site.
Privacy - Records
Every record in Academy belongs to one organization. Your office sees its own participants, families and teaching team.
- Export
The office can export what your organization holds on a household. The owner, or staff the owner permits, can anonymize a person. Academy also keeps a record of the consent a person gave.
- Public pages
Your organization’s public page is off until you switch it on. So is the class catalog on it.
- Documents
The subscription terms, the data processing agreement and the service privacy notice are public, each version at its own address.

Say whether you run a club or a program, roughly how big it is, where you are and who works with you. We suggest a call when one is needed.
Sending a request commits you to nothing, and nothing is bought. A person at Contakt reads every request and replies by email.

Academy Start is not open yet. When it opens, a tennis club in the Netherlands with one location can create its own workspace.
For program providers, padel clubs, organizations outside the Netherlands and clubs with more than one location, Contakt creates the workspace for now.
