What a transaction percentage costs

On €100,000 of annual payments, an extra 1% is €1,000 a year. Contakt’s transaction surcharge on that same volume is €0.

  • Run it yourself

    Academy Start: you set Academy up and you run it.

    You create the workspace, enter your own courts, classes and people, and choose Core, Plus or Complete.

    Academy Start is not open yet. When it opens, a tennis club in the Netherlands with one location can create its own workspace.

    For program providers, padel clubs, organizations outside the Netherlands and clubs with more than one location, Contakt creates the workspace for now.

    A program that teaches only at other people's sites cannot be set up yet. Ask, and we tell you where it stands.

    Academy Start, and a piece of help you ask Contakt for.

    An organization that runs Academy itself can still ask Contakt for help with a specific task, such as moving members in or training staff. The price is still to be agreed.

Moving from your current tools

There is no self-service file import. An owner enters or pastes people and households, then configures classes, coaches and memberships. Passwords do not transfer. Historical schedules and financial records remain in the old system; any help preparing records is agreed separately.

What owners ask about the plans.

  • Are the plans charged per month?

    These proposed prices are monthly and exclude VAT. Annual billing, cancellation and any setup charge are confirmed in your offer before signup.

  • Can we move to another plan later?

    Plan-change terms are still being decided. Ask Contakt about the available options before choosing a plan.

  • How do our people get into Academy?

    There is no file import. People and households are added in batches, typed or pasted in by an owner of the account. Classes, coaches and memberships are entered by hand. Sign-ins and passwords are not carried over. Contakt has no access to your account unless you give a person at Contakt an owner seat.

  • What happens to our data?

    Your organization's records are kept apart from other organizations, and the office can export them. The terms and the data processing agreement are public. They name the companies that help run the service.

  • Who pays the payment provider?

    Payments from your members are set up through your club's own Mollie account. Mollie's fees are between your club and Mollie.

  • Which languages does it come in?

    Dutch, English and Spanish, on every plan. Members and coaches use Academy in any of them. Emails and documents come in the same languages.

  • Are the plans the same for a program provider?

    Clubs and Programs use the same Academy plans. The figures shown are proposed euro prices; currency, capacity and local payment requirements are confirmed for your organization. A program provider cannot create its own workspace yet. Contakt creates it, and that starts with a short written request. A program that teaches only at other people's sites cannot be set up yet. Ask, and we tell you where it stands.
