What this website collects.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking tools. Nothing here records your visit.
If you email hello@contaktacademy.com, your message goes to Contakt, KvK 92963307, Diemen, the Netherlands. We use what you write to reply, and to arrange a demo or a conversation about the product if that is what you asked for.
Fonts and external requests
The site loads its typefaces from this domain. No fonts, scripts, images or embeds are requested from third-party servers, so no third party learns that you visited. The product screenshots are hosted here too, and every one of them shows a demonstration club we built for the purpose.
The Academy service: published legal documents
This page covers this website. The Academy service publishes its legal documents at permanent versioned URLs — read the current one before you sign, cite the one you signed afterwards: the Data Processing Agreement, the business subscription terms and the service privacy notice. Subprocessors
The Academy service runs on five subprocessors: Render for application hosting, Supabase for the database, Mollie for payments, Resend for transactional email and Upstash for rate limiting. All five are named in the Data Processing Agreement, and changing that list means publishing a new version of it.
What every plan includes
GDPR consent records, an audit log, and export or anonymisation of everything held on one person are part of every Academy plan, Core included. A parent asks what you hold on their child; the club exports it and hands it over. Member and household payments settle into the club’s own Mollie account, and no card number ever reaches us.
