How does data migration work?
We migrate your members, enrollments and history from your current systems — that's our job, not yours. You go live over a weekend and we sit next to you until it runs.
Do we have to cancel our current systems right away?
No. Contakt Academy runs fine alongside your existing booking or federation software. Many clubs start with lessons and programs and replace the rest step by step.
What about support?
Short lines: one point of contact, and your questions are answered by the people who build the system — not by a ticket queue.
What if you shut down?
A contractual continuity guarantee: your data is always exportable in open formats and the agreement covers continued delivery of the system.
How do you handle children's data?
Carefully and demonstrably: a data processing agreement as standard, data in the EU, and per-child consent for photos and progress — recorded in the system itself.
